Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. 1. Free designs — You can generate a limited number of concept designs free of charge, with no card required.
2. 2. Your subscription — Your chosen plan and its current price are shown on our pricing page and confirmed at checkout. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically each month until you cancel.
3. 3. How to cancel — You can cancel at any time from your account (via the Stripe customer portal) or by emailing hello@aintonio.co.uk. There are no cancellation fees.
4. 4. What happens when you cancel — You keep access to your plan until the end of the current paid month, and you will not be billed again. We do not provide refunds for the remainder of a month already started, except as set out below or where the law requires.
5. 5. 14-day cooling-off period — Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract. Because AIntonio is digital content and services supplied immediately, when you subscribe you agree to us providing the Service straight away and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once you have started using the paid Service. If you subscribe but have not used any paid generations, you may contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
6. 6. Refunds — Other than the above, we generally do not refund subscription periods that have already started. We may provide a refund at our discretion — for example where a technical failure on our side prevented you from using the Service. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
7. 7. Price changes — If we change the subscription price we will give you advance notice, and you can cancel before the new price takes effect.
