Privacy Policy

ICO registration: registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (registration number to be confirmed).

  1. 1. Data we collect — Account data (first name, last name, email, and a securely-hashed password); photographs of rooms you upload; the designs generated for you; payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store your full card number); usage and analytics data (pages viewed, actions taken, approximate location/IP, device and browser) collected via cookies; and any messages you send us.

How we use it, and our legal bases — To provide the Service and your designs, and to process payments (performance of our contract with you); to operate, secure and improve the Service and understand usage (our legitimate interests, and your consent for non-essential cookies); to send you service and, with your consent, marketing communications; and to comply with legal and accounting obligations.
  3. 3. Who we share it with — We use trusted third-party processors who act on our instructions: Stripe (payments), Replicate (AI image generation — receives the photo you upload and the design prompt), Supabase (database, authentication, file storage and hosting), Google and Meta (analytics and advertising), and Google Workspace / Gmail (email correspondence). We do not sell your personal data.
  4. 4. International transfers — Some of our processors (for example Replicate) are based outside the UK, including in the USA, so your data may be processed there. Where it is, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses.
  5. 5. How long we keep it — We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, and afterwards only as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
  6. 6. Your rights — Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, contact hello@aintonio.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
  7. 7. Security — We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data (including encryption in transit and hashed passwords). No online service can be completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
  8. 8. Children — The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
  9. 9. Changes — We may update this policy and will post the current version here with an updated effective date.
