Terms of Business

  1. 1. About us — AIntonio (the "Service") is operated by Nexu Capital Limited (company number 13378967), a company registered in England & Wales, trading as "AIntonio", registered address 21 London End, Beaconsfield, HP9 2HN.   2. 2. The Service — AIntonio is an AI-powered interior design platform. Through the Design Studio you can upload photos of your rooms, choose a style and generate photorealistic redesign concepts, then save and organise them in your personal studio using tools such as projects, mood boards and a paint planner. We may add further features over time, including the ability to shop products featured in your designs. All AI-generated results are concepts provided for inspiration only.
  3. 3. Eligibility — You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.
  4. 4. Your account — When you create a studio account you must provide accurate details (first name, last name, email, password), keep your login secure, and take responsibility for activity under your account.
  5. 5. Free designs & subscription — AIntonio offers a limited number of free design generations and one or more paid subscription plans. The available plans, their features and current prices — including any introductory or beta pricing — are shown on our pricing page and confirmed at checkout before you pay. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically each month until cancelled. We may change our plans or prices on reasonable notice.
  6. 6. Payments — Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us (via Stripe) to charge the recurring fee to your payment method. Cancellations and refunds are covered in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
  7. 7. Your uploads — You retain ownership of the photographs you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store and process them solely to provide the Service. You confirm you have the right to upload each image and that doing so does not infringe anyone's rights.
  8. 8. AI-generated designs — We grant you a licence to use the designs the Service generates for your personal, non-commercial use. Designs are AI-generated concepts, may contain inaccuracies or unrealistic elements, and do not constitute professional interior-design, architectural, structural or safety advice.
  9. 9. Acceptable use — You agree not to use the Service unlawfully; not to upload content you don't have rights to, or that is unlawful, harmful or offensive; and not to copy, reverse-engineer or misuse the Service or interfere with its operation.
  10. 10. Intellectual property — The Service, the AIntonio brand, and all underlying software and content (other than your uploads) belong to Nexu Capital Limited or our licensors.
  11. 11. Third-party services & products — The Service relies on third-party providers, and may link to or feature third-party products. Those are subject to the third party's own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party goods, services or websites.
  12. 12. Availability — The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may modify or discontinue features.
  13. 13. Liability — Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
  14. 14. Termination — You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.
  15. 15. Changes to these Terms — We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and, for material changes, notify you.
  16. 16. Governing law — These Terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales.
